Unlike large career fairs where students from a variety of majors visit company booths, beWANTED ensures that you only interact with candidates who match your target profile.

The event features pre-arranged, 25-minute interviews with handpicked students from the majors of the companies’ choice. Corporate partners receive student resumes in advance, giving them plenty of time to prepare for meaningful interviews. On the day of the event, these interviews take place in the welcoming environment of the Prechtlsaal at the Vienna University of Technology, creating a relaxed atmosphere for exploring career paths, job opportunities, internships, and more. beWANTED has a strong student-centered approach.
